NBS - WHY DO YOU HATE ME?
So I just got back from National Book Store Harrison. I was looking for velum or watercolor paper for my fashion plate but that particular branch have none. They were out-of-stock. The hell. So I asked what branches where they’re available and they pointed me to Robinson’s Ermita, they got my name and actually reserved one for me. I said, yeah I’m gonna go there. And guess what - I did not even went there. Because it was to pricey. 250 pesos for a cartolina size watercolor paper. NO WAY HONEY. I last got mine near the University and it was only 18 pesos. Plus I don’t need one that big.
So,I went there for nothing. Well not actually. THEY WERE HAVING ANOTHER BOOK SALE. *cries* And since I have no extra money (Foolish ass) I got home empty handed. There was a moment when I can’t actually breathe and I was thinking to myself ‘Calm down bitch’. Books were prized from 100,200,300 pesos. Man, I think I just died and went to book heaven. And they weren’t bad books at all, some of them are also hard-bound. And I didn’t got any action at all.
I was kindda embarrass to leave without purchasing anything so instead I bought a new brush Reeves pony hair brush #2 worth 17pesos.
And I bought this Caronia nail polishes both worth 33pesos in Watsons inside SM Dept. Store

I was opting for like the glittery stuffs because it’s really in right now. I actually found a couple in ‘China Glaze’ section but it was too expensive for me. They were whopping 300pesos per bottle. WTF. I did not expect that at all. I thought they were like a hundred only. Well I was dead wrong.
Anyway. These colors are on trend too. Modern neons as they were categorize in the 2012 Nail trends by Refinery29 . It’s a take on 80’s Neons but a little more subdued.
Back to the topic. I guess I’ll be going to the store near the University tomorrow. I hope it’s not closed being it’s a holiday and all. My only regret this day is that I gave a word and I did not even stick with it. Totally embarrassing. Now I can’t give my name to that branch anymore. Ugh. What would my father think of me when he finds out? Luckily I did not gave my full name specially my surname. WHEW. Well have a good one!
